Get more from your stay with Aquila’s offering of extra services. Available on request through the Property Manager, you can request items such as: a yoga instructor, private chef, island tour guide, daily stewardess, linen change service, fully-stocked wine fridge, and more.

The Aquila team are professional, discreet, efficient and quality-focused to ensure your stay is effortless and relaxing. The team can also assist with bookings and coordinating of finer details on your behalf to make your holiday as seamless as possible.

Chef

Chef available on request. Contact Property Manager for menu and services available.

Why not compliment your stay with a private chef in house to service a Continental Breakfast, Seafood Lunch, 3 course Dinner or a Grazing platter. Special requests can be catered for.


 

House Keeping

Linen Change
$450 per change

  • No notice required for the first linen change, two days’ notice required for every change after the first.

Turndown, Stewardess Evening Service
$150 per night (maximum 2 hours)

  • General Tidy, Bed Turn Down, Tea on request.

 

Host

$50 per hour (minimum 2 hours)

  • Food and Beverage Attendant, Cocktail Specialist, Assistant Chef
  • No notice required, however subject to availability

 

Food and Beverage

Provisioning and Purchasing
$150 Handling fee + Purchase expense

  • Food & Beverage Provisioning, Purchasing of special requested items. For example; Fruit and Vegetable, Meat deliveries from main land, Alcohol orders, Baby needs etc.
  • Notice required, recommended to order food and beverage prior to arrival.

Wine Fridge

  • Fully stocked wine fridge with an extensive range of wines is available, charged on consumption. Wine list is provided in house.
  • Wine fridge can be stocked with requested alcohol prior to arrival (minimum 2 weeks’ notice is required to allow for delivery).

 

Concierge

Concierge Services
$150 per day (maximum 2 hours)

  • Full guest itinerary coordination. Property Manager is on call for the duration of your stay, no notice required.

 

Activities

Private Yoga Class
$250 per group (4 – 10 people), $90 (one on one) or $120 (per couple).

  • Yoga Instructor can be arranged for private sessions in house or at external locations. In-house locations recommended would be the Beachside Yoga deck or Beachside grass area.
  • Instructor outsourced from Hamilton Island Sports club and is subject to availability.

Additional Buggy Hire
$87 per day plus $12 for insurance daily

  • Aquila provides 2 four seated Golf Buggies. Seating a total of 8 guests. Please consider the option of hiring an additional buggy if more than 8 guests are staying in house.
  • Can be arranged prior to arrival or on arrival. Recommend organising prior to arrival during peak sessions to secure a booking.

Babysitter
$25 per hour for up to 2 children.

  • Additional $10 per child per hour.

Baby stroller
$60 per stay

  • Can be arranged on request

Car seat

  • Property provides one car seat per stay, additional will need to be hired at $60 per booking.
