Situated on the exclusive north east side of the Island near qualia, this villa offers tropical tranquility and fresh sea breezes; yet, it is a six minute buggy (or free bus) ride to all of the island's key attractions. Guests can take a two minute walk to One-Tree Hill and enjoy magnificent sunsets, or enjoy a morning coffee while watching the sunrise from your bedroom balcony or tropical garden terrace. At night, we recommend you leave the balcony doors open and drift off to sleep as you listen to the sounds of the ocean.

Room to move.

Each of the villa’s three large bedrooms offers a relaxed and idyllic “retreat within a retreat”. Each of the bedroom is furnished with the very best king beds (1 King & 2 King Split), plantation shutters, private furnished outdoor space, private ensuite, walk-in robe, desk and TV. Two bedrooms are upstairs, whilst the third is on the ground floor. Upstairs features new timber floors, while the ground floor is newly tiled. 

The upstairs study is a furnished study lounge, offering a space to read, study, hang-out, watch TV, or simply chill. 

The open lounge, dining and entertainer’s kitchen, flows out onto a large tiled and undercover terrace, continuing onto a lawn and tropical garden. The lounge comfortably seats 6-8 (2 lounges, 2 arm chairs, 1 large ottoman). The large smart TV can be viewed by all. The undercover tiled terrace has a BBQ and is furnished in teak with alfresco dining for 8, sun loungers, chairs and occasional tables. 

The fully equipped laundry room has access to the back terrace and clothes line. Next to the laundry room is a guest powder room with toilet and basin.

Luxury interiors and inclusions.

This brand new, contemporary villa features an open plan design, and sleek “coastal” contemporary fittings and furnishings. Careful placement of large mirrors and colour gives this property an increased sense of space, calm, and water views. Various lighting options are provided throughout the villa (and undercover terrace), so guests have the option of dimmable ceiling lights, table and floor lamps – ready to set the mood for an even better holiday stay.

The villa includes comforts such as air-conditioning, a digital sound system, ceiling fans, fully equipped laundry room and cleaning tools. 

You also receive exclusive use of the owner’s golf buggy for the duration of your stay, as well as a concierge service upon arrival. Plus, all of your bedding, linen and beach towels are provided.


The fully equipped kitchen is an entertainer’s dream. It includes granite countertops, a large granite waterfall island bench and counter seating for four. There is ample storage, top of the line appliances and finishes, including mirrored splash backs so you can enjoy the view while using the five-burner gas stove. Aside from the large chilled water dispensing refrigerator, there are tea and coffee facilities (including 12 cup drip coffee machine), a large slow cooker, drinks fridge and more. Unique to this villa is the sweet delicious rainwater that is UV purified and filtered before being plumbed directly to the kitchen’s water tap, refrigerator, icemaker and dishwasher.
