Floor to ceiling bi fold doors connect the internal living area to a large wrap around balcony containing over 100 square meters of additional covered living space. The balcony has a private plunge pool, BBQ, outdoor lounges, dining tables and sun lounges. The private garage houses a four seater buggy which is available for use during the duration of your stay

The master bedroom contains a king bed which can be split into king singles upon request, as well as a balcony which provides spectacular harbour views. The large ensuite bathroom includes a full bath, rainfall shower and dual sinks.

The second master bedroom contains a king bed which can be split into king singles upon request and also features a balcony with harbour views. The standard sized ensuite bathroom includes a rainfall shower.

The third bedroom has bedding that can be configured as a king bed or as 4 king single beds. There is a large flat screen television and ensuite bathroom with rainfall shower. This room is ideal for children or a couple.

The fourth bedroom/study contains a queen sized murphy (wall) bed and can be configured as a study with lounge during the day or a queen bedroom at night by simply pulling the bed down.The fourth bathroom adjoins the study.
