The apartment features 4 bedrooms (3 with ensuites) and large internal living spaces including a living area, dining area and media room. The new kitchen is fully equipped with Miele appliances. Floor to ceiling bi fold doors connect the internal living area to a large wrap around balcony containing over 100 square meters of additional covered living space. The balcony has a private plunge pool, BBQ, outdoor lounges, dining tables and sun lounges. The private garage houses a four seater buggy which is available for use during the duration of your stay

What makes this home special?

Brand new.

A full renovation and upgrade of the property was completed in December 2018 so it is in brand new condition. The upgrade included the installation of new air conditioning, 3 new bathrooms, a new kitchen and new tiling and painting throughout. All furniture has been replaced with new items.

Location.

When it comes to convenience, the location of this apartment is hard to beat. You're just a short walk to all the great cafes, shops and restaurants on Front Street, and a short buggy ride to the rest of the island.

Floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors connect the indoors and outdoors in this villa. The lavishly furnished lounge opens onto a large covered entertaining balcony which includes a private plunge pool (not heated), sun lounges, outdoor lounges, BBQ and outdoor setting for 10.

The master bedroom contains a king bed which can be split into king singles upon request, as well as a balcony which provides spectacular harbour views. The large ensuite bathroom includes a full luxury bath, rainfall shower and dual sinks.

The second master bedroom contains a king bed which can be split into king singles upon request and also features a balcony with harbour views. The standard sized ensuite bathroom includes a rainfall shower.

The third bedroom has bedding that can be configured as a king bed or as 4 king single beds. There is a large flat screen television and ensuite bathroom with rainfall shower. This room is ideal for children or a couple.

The fourth bedroom/study contains a queen sized murphy (wall) bed and can be configured as a study with lounge during the day or a queen bedroom at night by simply pulling the bed down.The fourth bathroom adjoins the study.

Designer kitchen and living areas.

Dining in Pavillion 4 is made luxurious with a brand new, state of the art chef’s kitchen with Miele appliances.

The living area includes a lounge setting and large flat screen smart television with Netflix and the dining area includes a large dining table with seating for 10.

The separate media room includes a large flat screen television and a King Furniture Delta 3 lounge suite that can be converted into a king sized double bed.

Family-friendly and accessible.

With plenty of living spaces, three large bathrooms and a a study/bedroom, this apartment is ideal for a family or a group of friends. The apartment itself is set over one level with a lift directly up to your front door.
